For smaller items our shipping options are:
- Standard Ground: Your product will be delivered in estimated 5 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. Our chosen providers are FedEx and UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO.
For larger items that require truck delivery our shipping options are:
- Standard Curbside Delivery (Freight or "LTL" Shipping): Your product will be delivered curbside via truck transportation personnel. Our chosen providers are RL Carriers and Roadrunner Transportation, but we may use different carriers under certain circumstances. Items are palletized and loaded onto a large truck for shipment, and delivered by scheduled appointment by lift-gate for to-the-curb service. All items must be inspected for freight damage prior to the driver leaving. If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items. Shipment time is 7-14 business days.
Most orders usually ship within 1 to 5 business days after payment and address verification are received; but, some products (like custom shower doors, cabinets or whirlpool/air system bathtubs), have longer lead times of 2-6 weeks (depends on product). In rare instances, there may be an extenuating or unforeseen circumstance that leads to a fulfillment delay. In such instances, our customer service department will keep you updated on the order status.
The vast majority of our products include FREE SHIPPING to the continental United States, with all shipments being curbside delivery.
Customers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico should call our Showroom for a shipping quote.
Canadian customers should call our Showroom to receive a shipping and handling quote. Please note, any potential duty, tariff, customs or customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer, and may be in addition to the shipping charges.
Free shipping does not include any additional charges resulting from customer special requests such as: inside delivery, re-delivery after a missed appointment, reconsignment fees to send to an alternate address other than what was listed at the time of shipment, or storage for delivery delays. Any additional charges billed by the shipping company for accessorial charges not specifically requested by DiscoBath.com will be assessed to the customer. In the event that a shipment is returned to DiscoBath.com due to a customer's neglect of receiving the shipment timely, all related shipping charges will be assessed to the customer (including the original outbound shipping charge). The sum of said shipping charges will be deducted from any refund due to the customer for returned merchandise.
