We make sure our customers are 100% pleased. Our team ensures that orders are perfectly packaged to minimize room for damage, checked for the correct item and that it is shipped on time. We know that for various reasons you may need to return a product you ordered from us. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make your return process quick and easy.

If you need to return a product, our Team is ready to assist you. To begin your return process, please email us at sales@discobath.com with your First and Last name and invoice # or if you prefer, you can call our showroom to obtain the necessary Return  (Return Merchandise Authorization RMA#).

We accept returns within 25 days after delivery date.  Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and original packaging. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, the credit will be issued within 5 business days. Please note there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges (this rule does not apply if the item arrived damaged or has any shortages).

Merchandise that cannot be returned


Merchandise shipped to us or our vendors without an RMA number affixed to or written on the return shipping box;
Merchandise over 25 days from the day you received your order;
Original packaging that have damage or markings on them;
Merchandise installed, scratched or dented or in not as new condition;
If merchandise is missing accessories and/or manufacturer documents, product literature, or any other documents that were included with the original merchandise;
Floor Samples, Discontinued, Final sale or Clearance items;
Merchandise that is marked as non-returnable or non-cancellable on your receipt;
Custom/Special Order Products or products made to order or fabrication.

Returns or Exchanges due to damages/shortages /manufacturer’s defects

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong merchandise or your merchandise arrived damaged, there will be no charge to you and a replacement or replacement parts will be sent out.

Please inspect your package carefully when it arrives and note the condition of the box. Keep in mind that by signing the shipping courier’s release form, you are agreeing to the DiscoBath.com Policy and Agreement. If the box appears even slightly damaged, please write "package damaged" when you sign for the delivery. If you accept the delivery without notating any damage to the product, you cannot return the delivery to DiscoBath.com for a refund; however, you can contact us for replacement parts.

If you need to refuse the delivery, you must do so while the shipping courier is still on the premises, so please check to make sure you received the correct product in good condition before the courier leaves. If there is a problem, contact us immediately so we can take steps to rectify the situation. If an item arrives damaged or defective, the item will be replaced at our discretion, or the appropriate replacement parts shipped to you (in most cases it is easier and quicker to ship replacement parts), or you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax (if applies) when we receive the item back in our or vendor’s warehouse.

When inspecting your delivery, please make sure all the items listed on the packing slip as “shipped” actually arrived. If you notice anything missing, please contact us immediately so we can get the missing items shipped to you.

Cancellations

Your order can be cancelled for any reason and a full refund will be provided, if the item has not been scheduled to ship from our or our supplier’s warehouse. Please note that we strive to ship out your order as soon as we can for your convenience. Our Customer Service Specialists can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. In the event that your order has been shipped/scheduled for delivery our return policy will apply. After the cancellation of your order, we will credit your purchase amount back to your credit card. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days for the credit to be issued.
